Who we are
Moga 360 is run by [Business legal name], [Business address]. This policy explains what we collect and how we use it.
What we collect
When you sign in with Google we receive your name, email and profile photo. When you contact a business we log the type of contact (call or WhatsApp) and the time. Business owners give us their business details, phone and WhatsApp numbers, photos, products and an ID document.
How we use it
To show verified businesses, connect customers with them, let customers review or complain only about businesses they actually contacted, verify owners, and show owners how many enquiries they receive.
What we never share
Customers' phone numbers are never shown to businesses. Owners' ID documents are private and seen only by the Moga 360 team. We do not sell personal data.
Payments
Plan payments are processed by Razorpay over UPI. We never see or store your UPI PIN or bank details; we keep only the payment reference, amount and date.
Storage and retention
Data is stored on secure cloud servers. We keep listing data while a business is listed. You can ask us to delete your account and data at any time, except records we must keep by law or for an open complaint.
