The service
Moga 360 is a directory of local businesses in Moga and nearby towns. Every business is checked by our team before it appears, and each gets its own shop webpage.
Business owners
You must be the owner or authorised manager of the business and give true details and a genuine ID. Key details (name, address, phone, WhatsApp) can only be changed after our team approves the change.
Plans and payment
A verified business appears to customers only while it has a paid plan: Basic ₹299, Featured ₹699 or Top of category ₹999 per month, paid in advance for 1, 3, 6 or 12 months by UPI. Plans do not renew automatically. After a plan ends there is a 5-day grace period; after that the business is hidden until it renews.
Reviews and complaints
Only customers who contacted a business through Moga 360 can review it or complain. If two complaints are confirmed by our team, the business is removed and its name and the reason are shown publicly.
Not allowed
Fake listings, misleading prices or products, illegal goods or services, and abusive reviews. We may suspend or remove any listing that breaks these rules.
Our responsibility
We check that businesses are real, but the goods and services are provided by the businesses themselves. Any deal is between the customer and the business.
Law
These terms follow the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the courts at Moga, Punjab.
